  3. What is the expected annual revenue, in dollar terms, from the Cosmopolis mill to the Grays Harbor PUD assuming no green credits?

  4. What are the expected capital and operating costs for the powerhouse over each of the next 3 years?

  5. What is the levelized cost of producing power at the Cosmopolis mill when the mill is running?

  6. What is the levelized cost of producing power at the Cosmopolis mill if the pulp mill fails and it becomes a stand-alone generator?

  7. How much CO2 does the powerhouse emit when it is running and how much NOx?
